Superman is an alien from sent from the planet Krypton to Earth when he was just an infant. A couple, Johnathan and Martha found him in a space pod and kept it a secret for years. They named him Clark. As a boy, he had trouble getting along with kids at school because of his super powers. Since then, he didn't know what was going on, he put himself to the side.After a while, he started to want more information on where he came from, and who his parents were. But when Martha and Johnathan told him, he was devastated. Instead of living in fear to hide from others, he dedicated his life to saving others. In The Man of Steel, he found a hidden sanctuary in the glaciers that showed holograms of his birth father, Joe-El. In the sanctuary, he also found his uniform. The classic red and blue, a cape, yellow belt, and then the symbol of justice: The big red "S" inside a yellow diamond.
